Refund Policy

Free checks

The core AEO check is free and requires no payment, so no refund applies.

Credit packs

• 14-day guarantee, prorated: within 14 days of purchase we refund the unused portion of a credit pack (refund = price × unused credits ÷ pack size). Credits already consumed by completed checks are not refundable.

Paid subscriptions

• 14-day guarantee: if you are unhappy with your first subscription payment, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals: renewal charges can be refunded if requested within 7 days of the charge and the plan saw no material usage in the new period.
• Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges occur.

How to request

Email support@answerenginecheck.com from the address used at checkout, including the receipt or order ID from Creem. We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Creem.
